What's included

- Floors cleaned repeatedly until dust-free
- Final polish of glass and fixtures

- Mold remediation, biohazard or hoarding cleanup
- Exterior windows or anything requiring tall ladders
- Heavy furniture moving or lifting over 25 lbs
- Pest, insect or rodent cleanup
- Wall washing beyond light spot cleaning
- Debris hauling or construction material removal
