Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients provide a door code, lockbox or hidden key. Access details stay restricted to your assigned team.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all products and equipment. If you prefer we use your products, tell us in your booking notes.

From cleaning type, square footage, room counts, current condition, add-ons, frequency and travel distance. Your quote shows each line item.

It is an estimate based on what you tell us. If the home is significantly different on arrival, we contact you before doing extra work or changing the price.

You can pay a deposit or the full amount online at booking. The balance is charged after the cleaning is completed.

Our primary service areas are Littleton, Ken Caryl, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Golden, Morrison, Dakota Ridge and Columbine — all with no travel fee. We also serve Denver, Englewood, Centennial, Bow Mar, Roxborough Park, Chatfield and south Denver as extended areas.

Inside the refrigerator and oven are add-ons for standard cleanings and included in move-in and move-out service.
