Work we do not perform
Mold remediation, biohazard, sewage or hoarding cleanup.
Exterior windows or any work requiring tall ladders.
Heavy furniture moving or lifting over 25 pounds.
Pest, insect or rodent cleanup and construction debris removal.
Conditions
Unsafe conditions, extreme temperatures without utilities, or active construction may result in rescheduling.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about the property. Quotes are based on the details submitted in the online form.
Additional services beyond the booked scope must be authorized before they are performed.
Clients must ensure safe, timely access to the home for the scheduled arrival window.
Late cancellations may incur a fee. Unsafe conditions may result in the service being cancelled on site.
We do not perform hazardous or specialized work without a prior written agreement.
