Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about the property. Quotes are based on the details submitted in the online form.
Additional services beyond the booked scope must be authorized before they are performed.
Clients must ensure safe, timely access to the home for the scheduled arrival window.
Late cancellations may incur a fee. Unsafe conditions may result in the service being cancelled on site.
We do not perform hazardous or specialized work without a prior written agreement.
Scope
Services performed are limited to the cleaning type and add-ons selected at booking. Estimated duration is an estimate, not a guaranteed time on site.
