Notice
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival window are free of charge.
Late cancellation
Cancellations inside 48 hours may incur a late cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and lockouts may be charged as a full visit.
Subscriptions
Recurring plans may be paused or cancelled per this policy. Requests made close to a scheduled visit are sent for review rather than cancelled automatically.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about the property. Quotes are based on the details submitted in the online form.
Additional services beyond the booked scope must be authorized before they are performed.
Clients must ensure safe, timely access to the home for the scheduled arrival window.
Late cancellations may incur a fee. Unsafe conditions may result in the service being cancelled on site.
We do not perform hazardous or specialized work without a prior written agreement.
