Payment Policy

Deposits
A deposit is charged at booking. The deposit may be a percentage of the estimate or a fixed amount, and is applied to your total.
Balance
The remaining balance is charged after the cleaning is completed. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Saved cards
Recurring clients may securely save a card with our payment provider. We never store card numbers.
Price adjustments
If the property differs significantly from the information provided, we contact you before performing extra work or changing the price.
