Requesting a change
Reschedule requests can be submitted from your cleaning account. Requests more than 48 hours ahead are usually accommodated based on availability.
Short-notice changes
Requests inside 48 hours are reviewed manually and may be subject to a fee or limited availability.
Weather and safety
Foothill and mountain-adjacent visits may be rescheduled for safety during winter storms at no charge.
