Move-out cleaning is judged by someone with a checklist. We clean with that in mind and photograph finished areas on request.
What's included
- Inside cabinets, drawers, closets and appliances
- Bathrooms detailed including grout and fixtures
- Baseboards, doors, frames and switch plates
- Interior window sills and tracks
- All floors cleaned last, after everything else
What's not included
- Mold remediation, biohazard or hoarding cleanup
- Exterior windows or anything requiring tall ladders
- Heavy furniture moving or lifting over 25 lbs
- Pest, insect or rodent cleanup
- Wall washing beyond light spot cleaning
